1. Service Overview:
- The Olive Charcuterie offers a selection of curated charcuterie boards and grazing tables customized to your event size and preferences. We take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality products tailored to your taste.
2. Agreement Terms:
- By submitting this form, you agree to the details outlined regarding your order, including the place, date, guest numbers, and any special requests.
- Please ensure that all information provided is accurate. Any changes or modifications to your order should be communicated promptly to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
- A deposit of 50% of the order is required at the time of order confirmation, with the remaining balance due upon delivery or pick-up.
3. Dietary Preferences and Allergies:
- Please inform us of any dietary preferences, restrictions, or allergies when placing your order. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from all allergens.
4. Cancellations and Modifications:
- Cancellations made 48- 72 hours before the event will incur a 50 % cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund, and the total order amount will be charged.
- If you need to modify your order, don't hesitate to contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to meet your needs, but changes may be subject to availability.
5. Delivery and Pick-Up:
- Delivery and pick-up options for grazing boards are available. Please specify your preferred method and ensure that delivery details are accurate.
- For delivery, a fee may apply depending on the location. We will coordinate with you to ensure timely and efficient service.
6. Presentation and Packaging:
- Our charcuterie items are prepared carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Presentation may vary slightly based on the availability of ingredients and seasonal products.
